SPATIAL INTELLIGENCE IN PRACTICE

From understanding
to use.

My work extends from environmental research to analytical applications, reproducible methods and knowledge exchange. The aim is to make spatial evidence useful and understandable.

SCIENCE AND PRACTICE

Evidence that people
can work with.

Environmental information becomes useful when people can interpret it in relation to a place, a problem and a decision. This is a practical concern running through my research and technical work.

I develop spatial analyses and research applications, and prepare methods and learning materials that help others understand how evidence is produced and what it can support.

ENVIRONMENTAL INTELLIGENCE

Bringing observations
into context.

Applications and analytical workflows that connect environmental observations, climate information and geographical context. This work gives attention to clear interpretation and the communication of uncertainty.

METHODS AND KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE

Making analysis
understandable.

Reproducible Python and Jupyter workflows, remote-sensing and GIS methods, and practical learning materials. I value explanations that help researchers, students and decision-makers understand the reasoning behind an analysis.

LET’S CONNECT

Bringing research into a shared question.

I welcome conversations about environmental research, spatial analysis and opportunities for knowledge exchange.
